Draft replies that sound like you

Most mail does not need a creative act, it needs a clean, polite and short reply. That is what the draft is for: it takes over the beginning, not the decision.

Writing styles instead of one flat tone

You define how you want to sound: factual and short, friendly and thorough, formal with salutation and sign-off. The draft holds to it. You write differently to an authority than to a regular customer, and the app should know that difference rather than smooth it away.

BoxBee takes the language from the incoming message. If the request arrives in French, the draft is in French.

You stay the sender

No draft leaves without you. It sits in the window, you read it, change two sentences and send. If it does not fit, you discard it. That sounds obvious, but it is exactly where a useful tool differs from a risky one.

The request is processed with Mistral, a model developed in France, on servers in Europe.
